I am up at 5:35am. writing for the first time in a few months.
I am on an Atkins type diet which is the only thing that really works for my body. I lose weight by eating meats and low glycemic foods. I have completely cut out breads... and sweets yet I found myself over indulging on discounted Valentines's chocolates and wines.
I workout at a local gym called Fitness 19. I like it because it's inexpensive and close to home. I am not afraid of the elliptical anymore. I used to be afraid of it for some reason. I think my hips were more afraid than I was.
I am starting to see some improvement. I am learning not to eat at night or to drink coffee.
As long as I stay away from the white stuff: breads, rice, potatoes, sweets, and pastas the weight falls off. I have to get better at drinking water. I think that's the main thing excercise and drinking water.
I have a bunch of stomach fat that is ready to say goodbye
